For oversized items like bikes or large tents, processing may take an additional 1 business day for secure packaging; we will notify you via email if this applies.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order ships, the estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days to all destinations. We currently only provide standard shipping service, and no expedited shipping options are available.
• Timeline Notes: Delivery estimates are for reference only and do not account for unforeseen delays. Factors such as customs processing, carrier disruptions, inclement weather, or remote delivery locations may extend delivery time. Baggu is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

• Provide Accurate Details: At checkout, you must submit a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address—including street name, apartment/unit number, city, state, zip code, and country. Incomplete, incorrect, or ambiguous address information may lead to delayed delivery, misdelivery, or returned packages.
• Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact our customer service team immediately. We can only modify the address if your order has not yet been shipped—once shipment is confirmed, address adjustments are no longer possible.
• Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address (e.g., missing unit number, incorrect zip code) or failed delivery attempts (e.g., no one available to receive), we will notify you via email within 3 business days of receiving the returned package. You may choose one of the following options: 1) Provide a corrected address for re-shipping (no additional fees apply); 2) Request a full refund (processed in accordance with our Refund Policy).
